ABOUT THE YOUTH TOUR!
In June of each year, the rural electric cooperative’s Youth Tour sends thousands of high school students from across the nation to join in Washington, D.C. to gain an understanding of electric cooperatives, our nation’s history, the freedoms we enjoy, and to HAVE FUN.

WHERE & WHEN?
Washington D.C. June 14-21, 2025

WHO?
Any current sophomore or junior (junior or senior in the fall of 2025) whose parent or guardian is served by Beartooth Electric Cooperative.

WHY?
If selected, you get to go on a FREE trip to Washington, D.C. along with other students from all across Montana and the United States. Youth Tour is an opportunity to meet new people, visit museums and monuments, and ask questions of the state’s congressional delegation, all while having a blast!

HOW?
Application, Contest Rules and Resources, and winning essay samples are on our website, www.beartoothelectric.com, under the Community tab, Washington D.C. Youth Tour. The deadline for entries is November 13, 2024.
