BEC Member Town Hall Meeting – Columbus

We invite you to join us for an upcoming Beartooth Electric Cooperative Town Hall Meeting to learn more about our long-term power planning and the steps we are taking to protect reliability and affordability for our members.

With our current wholesale power contract set to expire in 2027, your cooperative has been planning ahead to prepare for the potential Broadwater Hydroelectric Project lease, future cost changes, invest in system reliability, and manage long-term risks responsibly. These Town Hall meetings are an opportunity to share that information, explain our planning approach, and answer your questions.

Topics will include:
• Long-term power supply planning
• Strategic rate management and deferred revenue
• The Broadwater Hydroelectric Project
• System investments and reliability
• Opportunities for member input

Your voice matters. As a member-owned cooperative, Beartooth Electric values your participation and input as we work together to plan for the future.

We encourage you to attend, ask questions, and be part of this important conversation.

If you are unable to attend in person, meeting materials will be made available afterward.

We look forward to connecting with you.

Regards,

BEC Board & Staff
