New Members
- To receive electric service you must complete an application for service. After completing this form you can bring it into our office, mail it in, or fax it to us at (406) 446-3934
- Along with the membership application, you will need to provide us with 1) the physical address, 2) meter number, 3) the date you wish to transfer service, and 4) a credit reference from your prior utility company.
- Once we receive your application and credit reference, we will let you know whether or not a deposit is required.
Current or Prior Members
- If we do not have a current application for Membership on file, you will be required to fill out a new application to update our records.
- Along with the membership application, you will need to provide us with 1) the physical address, 2) meter number and 3) the date you wish to transfer service.
- Once we receive your application we will let you know whether or not a deposit is required.
Mobile/RV Hookups
- If you are moving a mobile home or an RV onto an existing service site, a State Electrical Permit will be required; applications are available at our office.
If You Move Out
Please provide us with the following:
- Name on Account
- Meter number
- Date you would like service disconnected
- New Mailing Address
You are responsible to notify us that you are moving and provide us with a final meter reading date. Please remember that we bill a month behind, so you will receive another bill after you notify us that you have moved.
