Billing:
Meters are read on the first of each month and payments are due the last business day of the month. In order to be considered current, payments are due by 2:00 p.m. on the last business day of the month.
If for any reason you do not receive a bill, please call us as you are still responsible for electricity consumed. Bills are deemed delivered when delivered to the U.S. Post Office with postage. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of your current mailing address. All consumers are responsible for notifying the Cooperative when they vacate the property where service is provided. If you fail to notify us, you will be responsible for all charges until we are notified.
